Ms Missouri Senior Missouri
The pageant, held annually in the St. Louis Area, exemplifies the elegance of senior women over the age of 60. The ladies compete in four categories: Personal interview with judges before the pageant starts; poise in evening gown; recitation of a 35 second philosophy of life; and talent.
2009 was wonderful pageant with ten contestants. Their varied talent, presentations, and poise exemplified the dignity, maturity, and inner beauty of senior women.
The Senior America Pageant is world's first and foremost pageant to emphasize and give honor to women who have reached the “Age of Elegance”.
2011 Pageant date to be announced.

The state pageant directors oversee the general operations of the pageant including publicity, paperwork, program book, and committees. They are the liaisons between our State chapter and our National Senior America office.

The Stage Directors for the pageant are
Pat Bruder and Marcene Tockman.
They work with the contestants, designing the opening number as well as all stage activities associated with the Talent, Evening Gown and Philosophy of Life presentations.
Both of these talented ladies are members of the St. Louis Strutters and active in the Cameo Club and other community activities.
Pat was named Outstanding Member in 1999 and Marcene received the State Directors Award in 2005.

If you are over 60 and have a special talent, our state director, Jan Barrett would like to talk with you. Please call her at 314-872-8139. She will take your name, address and phone number along with your talent description. Then, January 2011, she will contact you to see if you would like to compete in the Ms Missouri Senior America, 2011 Pageant. (Entries are closed for 2010)
By planning ahead, you will have sufficient time to prepare your talent presentation, find the evening gown and prepare your 35 second philosophy of life.
